Gramatical explanation for the formation of the adjectives ending in -ed or -ing

Los adjetivos que terminan en -ed se refieren a los sentimientos o emociones de una persona. Serían los equivalentes a los terminados en -ado- ada en españal, estoy agotada, estoy frustada, estoy cansada, oh en -ido, -ida en español. 
Estoy convencido de que es así:  I am convinced that is like that.

Los adjectivos que terminan en -ing expresan un estado de algo, por ejemplo, "Could this situation be more frustating?",  frustating en este ejemplo se refiere a la situación, por la tanto se hace su formación añadiendo la terminación -ing, ya que no se refiere a una persona.
